No calculation is ever a complete failure. It can always serve as a bad example. (Gaussian09 quotes)

Bibliography (COBISS)

I am a junior researcher in the group of prof. Janez Mavri in the Laboratory for Biocomputing and Bioinformatics at the National Insitute of Chemistry. My research is currently focused on the catalytic step of monoamine oxidase, especially from the inhibition standpoint, and on correlation between chemical reactivity of ultimate carcinogens and their carcinogenicity. All these studies are performed by computer simulation, mainly by Gaussian program package.

I also help with computer system administration making sure the hardware and software which underlies our research does not get too much in our way.
