In this workshop, children will make edible sugar packets from natural polymers. They will learn about a new type of bioplastic that is completely natural and can also be eaten. This will pave the way to a future without environmentally harmful plastics. The children will add natural colors and flavors to the biopolymers and wrap sweet and honey delicacies in them. They will also experience the magic of molecular cooking and pack beads with drinks on an electric grill or make sweet or sour candies.

All the treats that the children will not eat and dissolve in hot drinks, they will take home after the workshop and delight their loved ones with a molecular feast.
