About the Institute

The Quality Office is responsible for the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System at the National Institute of Chemistry. Its activities are based on the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard and support the delivery of high-quality scientific, research, professional, and support services. The Office coordinates quality-related activities, conducts internal audits, monitors key performance indicators, and promotes a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement across the Institute.

The National Institute of Chemistry demonstrates its commitment to quality, sustainability, and social responsibility through several recognized certifications and initiatives:

• ISO 9001 confirms the implementation of an effective Quality Management System focused on stakeholder satisfaction, process management, risk-based thinking, and continual improvement.
• The Family-Friendly Enterprise Certificate supports a healthy work–life balance by promoting flexible working arrangements, family-oriented measures, and an inclusive workplace culture that enhances employee well-being and engagement.
