Visit of the Secretary General of EARTO



On November 29 and 30, 2022, Ms. The European Association of Research and Technology Organisations (EARTO) was founded in 1999 to promote research and technology organisations (RTOs) and represent their interests in Europe, and brings together more than 350 research organisations in over 32 countries
EARTO's members represent 150,000 highly qualified researchers operating a wide range of research and technology infrastructures. Their goal is to create technological and societal innovations and system solutions that contribute to their economic, social and political impact

During her official visit, the EARTO Secretary General met with representatives of the two Slovenian EARTO members, the Jožef Stefan Institute and the Institute of Chemistry, as well as with representatives of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Sports and the Ministry of Economy and Technology, to discuss the expansion of cooperation in the field of European Research Area activities and the strengthening of bilateral relations between the institutions.
