Invitation Hackathon ECO-DESIGN IN THE CIRCULAR ECONOMY
You are invited,
to participate in the hackathon "Ecodesign in the Circular Economy and the Green Transformation in Slovenian Tourism"
on November 29-30, 2022, and join one of the twelve teams that will be looking for innovative solutions to the sustainability challenges of top companies (Alpinia d.o.o., Steklarna Hrastnik, SONY). Each participant of the hackathon will receive a Zero Waste welcome package. The winners of each challenge will present their ideas (in English) to the participants of the main event on 30.11.2022 and participate in a moderated discussion. Cash prizes will be distributed among the winners according to the results of the public vote: 1st place €500 2nd place €250 and 3rd place €150.
The two-day hackathon will take place on 29.11.2022 online (Webex), and we will meet you live on 30.11.2022 at Hotel City Maribor. Hurry up with your registration - the number of places is limited!
The hackathon is part of the wider event "Ecodesign in the Circular Economy and the Green Transition of Slovenian Tourism", which aims to present an overview of the state of the art and visions of circular solutions and the transfer of knowledge through ecodesign to the tourism sector. The event is organized by the National Institute of Chemistry within the framework of the SRIP Circular Economy with the financial support of the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund and in cooperation with a number of supporters.
