How to apply
Selection process for SEEIS 2026 has ended and all applicants were notified via email on 13th or 14th or July. If you cannot find the decision email, please check your SPAM folder, or contact the organisers at seeis(at)ki.si.
The application is done via Google Forms. In case you have a Gmail account, you will also be able to attach all files to the Google Form. In case you do not have a Gmail account, you will send all attachments in one email to seeis(at)ki.si with your Surname in the Subject line.
Abstracts
We encourage all participants to present their research at the school. We will have poster sessions in the evenings. The abstract and presentation are very welcome, but not a condition for acceptance. Please submit with your application both a text and a graphical abstract. The instructions you can find here: Template Text Abstract and Template Graphical Abstract.

Signed recommendation letter in pdf format
Abstract in word format (please download and use the template)
graphical abstract in ppt format (please download and use the template)
